ServiceM8 Enhancements for Firefox is an unofficial community extension that provides configurable usability and compatibility improvements for the ServiceM8 web application.

Features include:

• Fast PDF Preview
Works around unusually slow ServiceM8-generated PDF previews in Firefox.

• Auto-size PDF Windows
Automatically resizes supported ServiceM8 PDF windows to better fit PDFs displayed at Actual Size. Current support includes View Document and Custom Invoice windows.

• Open PDFs at Actual Size
Opens supported ServiceM8 PDFs at 100% zoom for sharper text, without changing Firefox's global PDF zoom preference.

• Compact ServiceM8 UI
Proportionally scales supported areas of the ServiceM8 interface while leaving PDF previews unscaled. The scale can be adjusted from 75% to 100%.

Compact UI is currently confirmed on:
• Dispatch Board
• Invoicing

Supported ServiceM8 pop-up windows and floating menus are scaled along with the interface, while PDF-containing windows are deliberately excluded so embedded PDFs remain crisp.

Each feature can be enabled or disabled independently from the extension's Options page.

Privacy

The extension runs only on https://go.servicem8.com/*.

Extension preferences are stored locally in Firefox. No user data is collected or transmitted to the extension developer, and the extension contains no analytics or tracking.

PDF documents continue to be loaded directly from ServiceM8's own infrastructure. No PDF content is sent to the extension developer or to any third-party service by this extension.
