- Se valoró con 4 de 5por kevinz, hace 7 mesesWorks as described. You can save images that are otherwise in webp to jpg or png. It converts the image type and saves it to your download folder.
My only complaint is it doesn't ask you where you want to save or name your image file. That would be a major plus. Otherwise this extension works wondersRespuesta del desarrollador
publicado el hace 7 mesesThanks for the feedback! Unfortunately, browser extensions can't prompt users to choose where to save files or rename them - they can only save directly to the Downloads folder. This is a limitation of how extensions work, not something I can change. I wish I could add this feature, but it's not technically possible ATM. - Se valoró con 5 de 5por Darwin4Ever, hace 7 mesesIt would be great (handier) if the Context-menu item would be "Save Image as Type" instead "Save image as" (which is also the name of the regular Save Image). "Save Image as Type" is also how it's identified in Chrome and mentioned in the "How to use". Installed version : 1.1.4
Because the Icon is White, it is not visible in the Context-Menu which is White too. Better would be to use the version as used at the top of the Addon-page in the StoreRespuesta del desarrollador
publicado el hace 7 mesesThanks for the feedback! I'll fix both the menu name and the white icon issue asap just busy with work at the moment. Appreciate it! - Se valoró con 5 de 5por Brent, hace 8 mesesThanks for the extension, it's irritating to manually having to convert webp files to png, also is there an extension like this but for mpeg and mp3 or wav files instead?

OLD: works does what it says it will and i like the option to set a default extension one question tho, why is there a "view in store button" personally i think it makes the menu look a but ugly if there was an option to hide it in the options menu that would be niceRespuesta del desarrollador
publicado el hace un añoGlad it’s working well for you. This started as a port from the Chrome version, so I kept everything as-is. I’ll add an option to hide the “View in Store” button when I get the time.
[UPDATE]
Done!
The “View in Store” button is now hidden by default and you can enable it if you want from the options... - Se valoró con 5 de 5por Usuario de Firefox 18970100, hace un añoFinally an extension that does what it promises. The fact that this still integrated into firefox by default is mind-boggling.
- Se valoró con 5 de 5por addonexplorer, hace un añoWhere has this wonderful addon been all this time! Glad I found it :3
Simple and easy to use and you can set .png as default for example, and that's about it. Just works!
Though I wonder if it could also override ctrl+s etc. actions.Respuesta del desarrollador
publicado el hace un añoThanks! Glad you found it useful.
As for Ctrl+S, Firefox doesn’t let extensions override default shortcuts like that, it’ll always try to save the whole page. But I might be wrong, I’ll look into it. - Se valoró con 5 de 5por Fortune, hace un año
- Se valoró con 5 de 5por Usuario de Firefox 18868129, hace un añoI wanted to share my experience with this extension. It worked perfectly fine before the latest update. Everything functioned smoothly and I had no issues whatsoever. However, since the most recent update, things have changed. The extension no longer performs as it used to, which is quite disappointing considering how reliable it was previously.
When trying to use it with Midjourney, I keep getting the "unexpected src" error message, which prevents me from using the features I relied on. I hope the developers can address these issues soon and restore the extension to its former quality.
N.B : I'm on firefox under ubuntu
After your fix, everything is working perfectly; I’m updating my review to 5/5. Thank you for your quick response!Respuesta del desarrollador
publicado el hace un añoSorry for the inconvenience, and thank you so much for your feedback. I’ve fixed the issue in the latest update, and it should be working fine now. - Se valoró con 1 de 5por Francesco, hace un año
- Se valoró con 5 de 5por Deom, hace un añoGood. Works. Just wished there was an option to just have a default file type so I don't have to press a second time on a subcontext menu
Respuesta del desarrollador
publicado el hace un añoThe sub-menu opens on hover, so you only need to click once. But I'll work on it—shouldn't be too hard, so why not..
[EDIT]
All set! :)
You can now set a default image type by either visiting the extension's options page or by right-clicking on an image and selecting "options" from the submenu.
