New:
- "Only show my languages" switch on search results and channel Videos tabs. Turn it on to hide videos without captions or dubbed audio in your languages; a count next to it says how many are hidden.

Changed:
- Requests to YouTube are throttled to a burst of 40, then three per second, on top of the existing concurrency limit and rate-limit backoff.
- Lookups for thumbnails that scrolled away before their turn came are skipped instead of sent.

Fixed:
- Badges did not follow a change in the order of your favorite languages until the page was reloaded.
- Rows in the notifications dropdown (the bell) got a badge over the channel avatar.
- The settings page is centred when it opens in a tab.

No new permissions. SubPeek still collects no data and talks only to youtube.com.
