Survey History Tracking por Feizhou

Survey History Tracking is for Workday Salesforce users. On an Appointment (REQ) page, it shows the 10 most recent Ask-an-Expert survey results for that Account.

How to use
1. Sign in to Workday Lightning Salesforce (workday.lightning.force.com).
2. Open an Appointment / REQ record.
3. Click the Survey History Tracking toolbar icon.
4. An on-page panel lists Request #, survey date, customer, and Request CSAT. Click × to close.

What you get
- Newest 10 surveys for the Account on the current request
- CSAT coloring (very satisfied / satisfied / other)
- Highlights the Primary NSC Contact when they appear in the list
- Results cached for 12 hours per Account; use Refresh now to reload

Requirements
- Firefox 140 or later
- You must already be logged into Workday Salesforce in the same browser profile
- The add-on only runs on Workday Lightning / Salesforce pages

It reuses your existing Salesforce session. Survey data stays in the browser and is not sent to a third-party server.
