- Brings back bulk reschedule (* t) and bulk move (* v), which put
  the scheduler or the move-to-project dialog up for each task in turn,
  from the cursor down. They had been removed for not working.
- Brings back shift+p, which opens the menu for the current project
  in the left nav. It had been disabled for being broken.
- Makes ^, $, { and } move the cursor in the "Upcoming" view,
  where they used to do nothing at all. $ goes to the last task
  Todoist has loaded, which in a long view is not the last one.
- Fixes ctrl+s, which threw an error instead of syncing. Todoist
  moved "Sync" into the account menu.
- Fixes the shortcuts which need the sidebar open (g, shift+p,
  `) doing nothing on Firefox, where the extension could not tell
  that the sidebar was collapsed.
- Fixes f and / doing nothing outside the english interface, where
  the extension was looking for a button labelled "Search".
- Fixes undo (u, z, ctrl+z) doing nothing about a quarter of the
  time when pressed right after the change it should undo. It now waits
  a couple of seconds for Todoist's "Undo" popup to be ready, so undo
  is slower to happen but happens.
- Undo also says why nothing happened when there is no "Undo" popup to
  press, instead of failing silently.

  }, h, l and the arrow keys), which did nothing at all.
- Fixes every schedule shortcut after the first doing nothing, so that
  the scheduler can be used for more than one thing at a time.
- Fixes the deadline shortcut (>), which opened the task editor
  instead.
- Fixes the command menu shortcut (ctrl+k).
- Fixes deleting a task from the task view (e / #).
- Fixes enter not choosing the highlighted item in a menu.
- Fixes alt+t hiding the time again when it was already showing.

- Adds shift+v for switching a view between the list, board and
  calendar layouts, matching Todoist's own shortcut. Implements
  [#288][].
- Fixes setting priority with 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 on the task at the
  cursor, which left the change unsaved. Fixes [#284][].
- Fixes setting priority in task view (i) needing the number key
  pressed twice, and makes it more reliable for multiple selected
  tasks.
- Fixes sidebar navigation (` / shift+`) doing nothing for
  users with no favorites.
- Sidebar navigation now continues from the project being viewed rather
  than starting over from the top, and no longer bounces off a
  favorited project's second entry. Fixes [#232][] and [#239][].
- Fixes the schedule shortcuts (t followed by c / t / w / n
  / …) intermittently doing nothing. Fixes [#205][].
- Fixes scheduling for next month (t m), which did nothing.
- Fixes the cursor disappearing after adding a task with a /
  shift+a, and the task editor not being scrolled into view.
- Fixes the cursored task not being scrolled into view, which could
  leave it off screen. Thanks to contribution from [@kory-smith][] in
  [#287][]!
- Tasks scrolled into view are no longer hidden behind Todoist's
  sticky view header or sticky section headers.
- In upcoming view, pressing k when the cursor is already on the
  first task now scrolls that task to the bottom of the view, rather
  than to the middle of it.
- The task editor is now only scrolled into view when it isn't already
  fully visible, and is no longer positioned two thirds of the way down
  the screen.
- Fixes indent (shift+l / shift+right) and dedent (shift+h /
  shift+left), which did nothing. This is the remaining half of
  [#248][]. Thanks to contribution from [@msmouse][] in [#294][]!
- The cursor and its highlight no longer go stale after indenting,
  dedenting or moving tasks (shift+j / shift+k).
- Fixes the readme having the indent and dedent rows swapped. Thanks to
  contribution from [@msmouse][] in [#294][]!
- Fixes the label dialog (y / @), scheduler (t), and move to
  project prompt (v) opening and immediately closing again. Fixes
  [#282][] and [#285][]. Thanks to contribution from [@anandman][] in
  [#290][]!

- Works around very strange Todoist behavior for ctrl-click multi
  selection. Unfortunately the fix for this is to deselect everything
  and reselect every time the selection changes, so this causes a bit

  immediate UI changes for mouse clicks. Probably imperfect.
- Fixed issues with it sometimes not initializing.
- Removed support for sorting, as the UI for that totally changed and

* Makes bulk task selection async due to slowdown in Todoist. For some
reason selecting a task is now slow, so it would take multiple seconds
after `* a` for all of them to be selected. Doing the selections
asynchronously makes it clear that the keyboard shortcut did
something.
