Please check the Volume Boost function:
What ever value (even 0) i set in option "Tick of Volume Boost (Gain) (dB)",
when i scroll up the mouse while the volume is 1,00,
i cannot hear any more the playing video volume until i refresh the Tab.
(the volume slider of the video appears 100%, the mute is not enabled, the voice icon in the Tab is still enabled, but i cannot hear any voice)

Perfect scroll wheel add-in, I turn off all options and only use the wheel to seek feature.
Shocked this does not have many more users.
