The previous polling code only checked for processing to keep polling, and treated everything else as a successful result. This meant queued, failed, or unexpected responses would be silently saved as scan results.

Now:
- completed — save the result
- queued or processing — keep polling
- Anything else — show the error to the user

- Add Chrome Web Store assets (screenshots, promo images, promo generator)
- Update README and listing content
