    The Mobile app for m.youtube.com has been fixed and works on the new mobile youtube interface.
    Custom player controls on m.youtube.com were removed, since youtube has added its own mobile interface.

    However, the mobile interface of youtube iframe (for other sites) didn't change, so I left the custom player controls (they can be disabled in options).

    Added a fullscreen support for the mobile app:
    - added custom player controls;
    - to use this addon in fullscreen, you now have to use custom player controls;
    - the controls can be disabled in "options" (however, scrolling in fullscreen mode will be disabled as well);
    - I made no changes to the Desktop app / desktop version of youtube for mobile (it worked fine before)

    Options page:
    - Added checkbox "Disable custom player controls (mobile only)"
    - various minor fixes;

    * Let me know if you have any suggestions on improvement of the custom player interface.
