We currently have an issue with login in directly from the extension. We are working to fix it but this requires an extension update and the process takes 1-2 weeks.
Here is the ByPass that will help you login into the extension.
1. Uninstall and reinstall the extension
2. Close the tutorial
3. Go to the website and login into your paid account https://account.zenmate.com/ on the same browser
4. You will be automatically logged into the extension.
