    I installed the program on macOS Catalina, it was impossible to use: the login window disappeared, but the program remained running in the background, I had to use the task manager to stop it. After several attempts I managed to install it, but only two IP addresses were available, really too little. There are better free products around

    We currently have an issue with login in directly from the extension. We are working to fix it but this requires an extension update and the process takes 1-2 weeks.
    Here is the ByPass that will help you login into the extension.
    1. Uninstall and reinstall the extension
    2. Close the tutorial
    3. Go to the website and login into your paid account https://account.zenmate.com/ on the same browser
    4. You will be automatically logged into the extension.
    If you still encounter issues please let us know.
