Good Blocking Ads

I have started an ecommerce business. I started this business to promote gifting culture in Nepal. link: https://kathmandugifts.com . I was making few money withs ads too. But addons like this 'AdBlocker Ultimate' can hamper the earning of the owner of the website. So I had to use and anti adblocker feature to my site. now as soon as it detects the ad blocker it ask the user to turn it off or they wont be able to access the page. So where are we going ?

Slows down Firefox a lot. Firefox uses lots of CPU and just hangs. After I disabled this no performance issues whatsoever.
