Original:Must have for youtube. Needs to have sync and undo feature though. Also should allow us to exclude block option from certain pages and allow easier manual adding of video id for videos!

I remember being able to use this addon to block comments, but I only see a report option nowadays.Video blocking seems to work fine though!

Love this addon but after recent update I regularly have everything under a youtube video completely blank, just white with nothing there, I have to refresh the page to see comments and video recommendations, I have tested adding one ext at a time and it starts happening when I add Blocktube back, pls look into this :)

Comment blocks have stopped working since early April.
The three dot menu option that was supposed to be on the right side of the comment is gone. I hope this feature is brought back in an update.

Comment blocking no longer working as of a recent YouTube update. Option in three-dot menu is missing. When it worked, it worked well. Hoping for an update to restore this feature soon.

I can't block user comments anymore I want that back!

I don't usually write reviews or anything for Firefox extensions, but I feel I must for this one. As far as Channel blocking I can only do that if I'm on a video of that users page not on the users page itself. I am only given an option to report users NOT block them like I was able to do in a previous version. Typing in words in a blacklist does NOT block the users who use said words within the blacklist I created. I'm already able to block YouTube Shorts and Movies since I just checked marked those in the options and generated playlists and it does remove the video paused function from interfering with me watching or listening to the videos.

It would be nice to be able to block comments on videos again just by clicking on the 3 dots next to the comment.

BlockTube's UI and functionality within it's extension doesn't work when I manually type in names of channels to block as it doesn't work for me. As of right now I can only give it 2 stars as it really is a necessity to block channels and comments as most comments are just recycled comments from other videos and meme comments and AI chat bots.

It works, I just can't figure out how to contact the dev, so hopefully this works. Please add something to the pages of blocked channels to let us know the channel is blocked, instead of a blank page that makes us think it's some sort of networking issue

Working again! I was really frustrated when this stopped working a few versions back (at least in my case) Yes, there are one or two others, but this one is the best. Anyhow, version 0.4.2 seems to be working fine once again. Thanks for fixing it!
