Many people think an ad blocker is enough to avoid having there internet experience diminished by internet advertisement companies, however, that is unfortunately not the case. Advertisement companies are not there to show ads. These companies exist to help other businesses make profits from their services, products, and resources, advertising is just one way of doing that. Another way to help a business make money is by selling them exclusive contemporary data about potential customers. They collect this data by tracking people around the internet. Tracking a persons internet movent is more lucrative than displaying advertisements, and unlike an advertisement, where usually there is only one displayed at a time, a website can let multiple companies track a persons movement to and from their site, consequently, making it lucrative for the third party websites who enable the tracking to take place.

IMHO, Privacy Badger is by far the best software available for any of the major browsers for defending and stopping advertisement companies like google from tracking you.

No browser has tools as powerful as Firefox IMO for keeping your internet experience ad free, and keeping your internet travels private.
