- Noté 1 sur 5par trangener :), il y a 9 moiswhile this works fine on other sites, on social medias it has become completely unusable. violent TERFs are marked green, while intersex activists or transmasculine people are marked red. i've seen people be marked green while saying they wish for the corrective r*pe of trans men or are advocating for the coercive correction of intersex people. absolute insanity. this extension does nothing but to stroke the egos of violent transphobes at this point.
- Noté 1 sur 5par Cerbera, il y a 9 moisFlags trans and intersex people as red. It clearly has bias against anyone who speaks out against transandrophobia and intersexism.
- Noté 1 sur 5par niko, il y a 9 moisthis extension is openly anti-ftm, anti-intersex, and anti-black. routinely flags actual trans people while transphobes are marked green. also does not tell you why someone is marked red or green.
- Noté 1 sur 5par SudoVL172089, il y a 9 moisTransphobic devs that exclude intersex/FtM people.
it's also just inaccurate as shit.
Doesn't tell you why somebody was marked red, either. - Noté 5 sur 5par soror v, il y a 9 moisGreat extension that works as intended. Don't mind the misinformation being spread by transphobes and transmisogynysts claiming it's false flagging people, it's not.

- Noté 1 sur 5par Robin, il y a 9 moisIt used to be useful, but at this point so many trans folks (including trans feminine people and trans women!) are marked as red these days. The red markers tend to skew toward trans masculine or intersex people, and often crypto-terfs will mark themselves as green. All this does is cause confusion.
Ultimately this needs better moderation, and, preferably, a way to mark individual authors, contributors, and individuals instead of entire news sources or websites. It's kind of jarring to see an article about trans resources marked as red solely because it's on a website that was deemed wholly transphobic, rather than the individual authors of the articles. - Noté 1 sur 5par boxofvoidkittens, il y a 9 moisDoesn't seem to work? Claims to detect antitrans sentiments, routinely does not do that, flags transgender people as antitrans for speaking about their experiences with transitioning. Is this some kind of fake app/virus?
- Noté 1 sur 5par emeraldo, il y a 9 moisBefore this review, I'd like to say that I still use this extension, I just manually review people that I see marked as any color before making any judgements on a person.
Lately, this extension has taken a HUGE downfall on the quality of flags- most users I see marked as red are intersex activists or folks that talk about transandrophobia. Whilst I don't have much to talk about either of these matters, what bugs me is that people talking about these matters in positive OR negative light are being falsely flagged as red, despite being trans-friendly in the traditional sense- supporting trans people across the entire spectrum of gender.
I think until a user is being actively transphobic, I.E mis/disgendering people, using transphobic slurs as derogatory slurs, or sharing misinformation about trans people and their experiences, they shouldn't be marked as red. Disagree all you want on what terms are real and fake, but don't let it cloud your sense of judgement- they're still an ally to transgenderism, however that may be. - Noté 3 sur 5par deaf, il y a 9 moisinaccurate for most red eyes. green is usually accurate but red is incredibly inconsistent. transgender pro trans activists are red, intersex-activists are red, people that are active in the trans activism community that are explicitly pro trans are red. can be weaponized really easily, and needs better moderation
- Noté 1 sur 5par Soup, il y a 9 moisYou can personally tag and change the red/green markers, but the ones shown to the public are manually reviewed by people with a bias towards transmedicalism. On non-socialmedia sites, it is useful. Everywhere else, it is not.
- Noté 1 sur 5par Anna, il y a 9 moisToo many people are getting false-flagged--it's now more an extension for transphobes to smear trans people with than actually warning you about transphobes.
- Noté 1 sur 5par Pyro, il y a 9 moisDon't install Shinigami Eyes. Its accuracy is EXTREMELY low, and it oftentimes mistakes actual transgender people for transphobes and vice versa. This is not a reliable application in its implementation, and it seems to frequently mismark transgender individuals who do not identify with a binary gender in a traditional way (ex. people who don't fit into categories such as stereotypical boys who like blue and girls who like pink). I do not know if that is by design, but it would not surprise me if it was so.
- Noté 1 sur 5par Yugi, il y a 9 moisI've noticed over the past few months that several very innocuous intersex and nonbinary accounts on Tumblr have been marked as transphobic. I was not able to find anything to back this up in my own searching. I did, however, see a sharp increase in people reporting false tags over the same period of time I've noticed them.
I will be removing this extension until the developers are able to correct this wash of inaccurate, false flagging. - Noté 5 sur 5par Fox, il y a 9 moisIn my experience most of the negative reviews come as a result of Shinigami Eyes being very good about catching transphobia directed at trans women. When you prioritize the most vulnerable those who previously saw themselves in that position often grow frustrated. This is still a great way to understand who you're interacting with online. Don't be a trans-misogynist if you want to remain green - pretty simple <3
- Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 17016267 de Firefox, il y a 10 moisI used to use it because it was good at pointing out transphobes. Now, it's useless. All I see is trans people marked as red, and actual transphobes unmarked or marked green. The team in charge of it is unreliable.
- Noté 1 sur 5par GBMoD, il y a 10 moisthis used to be a really useful tool, it has shown a light on all sort of content creators that i used to like but never bothered looking into their personal beliefs. this however is not what the extension is being used for now. i have seen more intersex and trans people get flagged in recent times than i have actual transphobic people. i don't know if this is the creators doing or if its a group of salty transphobes but something needs to change. this is no reason why a intersex activist is getting flagged for anti-lgbt messaging when its done nothing but spread awareness about trans and intersex problems. whoever is behind this is no better than the transphobes that this extension was made to flag. i highly doubt this is the only case of misuse of this extension and i highly doubt this is going to be the last but until someone fixes this i HIGHLY recommend everyone who uses this extension to make sure the person you see flagged (green or red) is actually accurate.
- Noté 1 sur 5par Sunny Haven, il y a 10 moisThe intent of the extension is really commendable, but this extension has just resulted in lots of trans infighting or sometimes things that have nothing to do with transgender folk are marked as anti-trans. I have had to take who is marked as trans-friendly or anti-trans with a grain of salt, and at that point, there's no reason to have this extension.
I think the real thing that holds this thing back is being unable to see why someone is marked the way they are. I imagine the developers aren't able to review every marked item but mandating that a reason (and a link for proof) for marking an individual/link be given—that is available for everyone to see—would make it much easier to discern what is something being marked honestly or not. But without that and without a review process, I can't trust this extension. A shame, I really liked the idea of it. - Noté 1 sur 5par randomfate, il y a 10 moisthis extension used to be really useful for identifying transphobic people, but lately i've noticed that it's marking a lot of trans and intersex people as "transphobic", which in addition to following stupid online discourse, renders the extension useless. L devs, grow up and understand that infighting within the trans community will only hurt us in the long run. shame to see a formerly useful extension go bad like this.
- Noté 1 sur 5par Useariothreemil, il y a 10 moiswhy are trans people of color getting flagged as transphobes
why are nonbinary folk being flagged as transphobes
why are intersex people marked as transphobes
this addon has been used to bully anyone who isn't a white woman on twitter for months now. This is what it has become, a harming tool to POC. - Noté 5 sur 5par Avakining, il y a 10 moisA lot of people are claiming this extension no longer works. This is either misinformed or a lie. Shinigami Eyes *is* marking a lot of transmasc and intersex people as red, but only because those people are harassing, denigrating, abusing, stalking, and/or otherwise speaking out against trans women in a transmisogynistic way. Transmisogynistic people, hiding behind their intersex and/or transmasculine identity, are upset because they are being correctly labelled as transphobic.
- Noté 1 sur 5par leavemetheFUCKALONE, il y a 10 moisThis add-on is incredibly racist.
It is being used to pit the world's most vulnerable people against each other.
Black people who have proven time and time again that they are trans-friendly are being marked as anti-trans for the sole reason of being black.
Please do not use this add-on if you care about BIPOC or are BIPOC yourself. - Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 19248245 de Firefox, il y a 10 mois
