Update:
1Password reached out saying I have to download another extension. This is a bad product. They are trying to force their previous customers to their subscription model. In order to do that they are making our life complicated.

This extension only loads vaults from a 1Password.com account. If you have a Dropbox vault, you’ll need the 1Password Classic extension instead: https://support.1password.com/cs/1password-classic-extension/ - Noté 5 sur 5par ambstuc, il y a 5 ansBeen using 1Password for years now, and the new plugin is great - finally fingerprint recognition for the new version! What I love about 1Password is that you can not only store passwords, but also files etc securely. Best tool around.
- Noté 1 sur 5par Chris, il y a 5 ansEver since the v2.0 update I get stuck on the Loading... after entering my password. This lasts quite a while. A restart of the browser seems to get it working again but it's very annoying when you're trying to get logged in somewhere and it hangs like this. v1.x 1Password X was fluid and fast, this is a major regression in usability.

We’d like to investigate and help you get things working properly.
Would you mind emailing us all the details to support+x@1password.com , alongside the extension’s log after it hangs? Here’s how to get the extension’s log: https://support.1password.com/cs/extension-console-log/ - Noté 1 sur 5par John R, il y a 5 ans1Password is VERY rapidly going down the toilet -- worst password manager experience ever! WHY ARE THERE TWO DIFFERENT VERSIONS of the browser extension? Why is it so difficult to configure? Agile Bits have very much lost their way.

I have no use for the desktop app, so I only talk about the browser extension.
Sometimes it does not offer password completion, but I guess it's the website's fault. - Noté 5 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 16885768 de Firefox, il y a 5 ans
- Noté 3 sur 5par Brandon, il y a 5 ansThe update login experience needs improved. One thing I loved about LastPass is when updating login information. With LastPass, I simply type the NEW credentials in a field and when I click okay on the website, LastPass automatically recognizes that something was changed and asks me if I would like to update the database. Compare this to 1Password. I understand that I can click the "Save in 1Password" button when updating information. But if I miss this opportunity, 1Password is none the wiser. I must navigate the 1Password app, find the login, and then edit the fields manually. I left LastPass for security reasons, so I'm not going anywhere; but I would be lying if I said 1Password had a smoother experience. Seems like a simple thing to implement. Definitely increases the User-Experience. Good job on the recent update with dark mode, by the way.

Thank you for the feedback and input here! We’re definitely investigating and exploring options on triggering the update/save prompt even if you don’t click the “Save in 1Password” button.
If all goes well, you might find this feature available in a future update. :) - Noté 5 sur 5par toshilla, il y a 5 ans

mis en ligne : il y a 5 ansHey Adison!
If you have a standalone license, you will want to install 1Password Classic in your Firefox instead: https://support.1password.com/cs/1password-classic-extension/
Alternatively, you can contact our customer support and we’ll see what we can do about the membership option :)

I've been using 1Password for over a year and it's always annoyed me that unless I used Safari, I had to choose between TouchID support and a good in-browser experience. The 2.0.1 update merges the "Classic" 1Password extension into the far superior "1Password X" extension allowing you to use all of the features of the desktop 1Password application in-browser (TouchID, Windows Hello, etc.) as well as in-line filling and password generation etc. The new save and update pop-ups are a great addition as well. Thank you 1Password developers for giving me yet another reason to reccommend your app!
- Noté 5 sur 5par olee22, il y a 5 ansI have been using LastPass for years, and my frustration just grow bigger over time. I was not able to login on so many sites, and it almost never worked on Android. Since I change to 1Password, all my issues are gone. It just works. The best thing is that the desktop app can unlock also the browser extensions, so it feels really seamless. Although it costs some money, it is a great time saver, and one of my favourite productivity products.
- Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 14331400 de Firefox, il y a 5 ansI have several machines running either Linux, MacOS or Windows. I have Firefox running on all of them, which means that I can seamlessly switch computers. Apart from 1Password, that is, which behaves differently on each machine/OS combination. The worst of these is the present machine - running Linux 22. I have tried many times to reinstall Firefox and reinstall 1Password as an add-on. Although the add-on is installed, the icon is not displayed. When I come to a page that requires a password, I see the icon in the password entrybox, telling me to click the non-existent browser icon. Very frustrating. It's not the only problem I have with 1Password, but it's the biggest.
