This Privacy Policy describes how the ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini Chat Delete & Archive browser extension ("Extension") handles your data.



We value your privacy. The Extension does NOT collect, store, track, sell, or transmit any personal data, chat history, account credentials, or browsing history to any external or third-party servers.

• Local Execution: All operations are executed entirely within your local browser sandbox.
• Direct Official API Communication: When you perform batch deletion or archival, the Extension communicates directly with the respective official service providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) using your existing authenticated browser session. No middleman servers or proxies are involved.
• No Data Retention: Selected conversation lists are held temporarily in browser memory during execution and discarded immediately once the operation is completed or the tab is closed.

The Extension requests only the minimum permissions necessary to function:
- storage: Used solely to store your local preferences (such as UI language selection and confirmation dialog preferences).
- scripting & activeTab: Used to inject user-interface elements (selection checkboxes and action buttons) into the active supported chat page.
- Host Permissions (chatgpt.com, chat.openai.com, claude.ai, gemini.google.com): Required exclusively to detect conversation sidebar items and enable batch deletion/archival on these supported AI platforms. The Extension does not access any other websites.

• No network requests are made to any developer-owned or unauthorized third-party servers.
• The Extension adheres strictly to browser security standards (Manifest V3 and Content Security Policy).

We do not share, sell, or transfer any user data to third parties because we do not collect any data in the first place.
