funny thumbnails removed

At first I was skeptical of the results, as I was not aware of a simple way to remove what could be considered click-bait, so easily, using a browser extension alone.

It does what it says it does, and does it effectively, plus it is an open-source project, so I feel safe running it before I have checked-in on the code. Thank you for the hard work fellow developer.

This works great with my desktop, but it does not work at all for mobile. I installed this app so that I would not have to worry about emojis (especially a certain kind of emoji anymore). Much, if not most of my YouTube experience is through mobile. So as much as I appreciate how effective this is on my PC, I cannot give it more than 3 stars until I can access YouTube mobile through Firefox or there is an app that can eliminate emojis on the YouTube app.

YouTube thumbs are BAIT, but this ONE TRICK they don't want you to know about will CHANGE YOUR LIFE!11eleven1!!

Seriously though, this add-on is absolutely amazing. Even channels I would never consider "clickbaity" became significantly better looking/easier to browse.

Makes Youtube INFINITELY More Pleasant!

No more booty pics or other suggestive material shoved in my face as I browse my home feed. I don't even watch this stuff!!!!!.. on youtube.. :)

No more guessing games over whether the thumbnail is an accurate representation of the video. It rarely actually is.

No more clever title capitalization meant to grab my attention towards keywords like a toddler with something shiny in their face.

Just browse with no minimal pressure and enjoy Youtube for what it USED to be.

Honestly, I need as little 'suggestive' thumbnails in my life as possible reminding me that my browser has a 'private browsing' feature. I'm tired of the dishonest clickbait and clever tricks to make my eyes pop out of their heads. My mind was literally on overload which prompted me to even come here.

As soon as I enabled this addon, I felt the difference. I felt the sense of relief at uniformly titled videos without tailor made thumbnails. And now I don't dread exploring my recommendations.

This made me like YouTube again. I can actually watch what I want to see and am not outraged by false advertisements and people making faces.

Does what it says it will. It makes YouTube relaxing and fun again.
