Exactly as you can for the chosen default folder for quickbookmarking. thx for such a useful add on for those of us bookmark obsessed peeps. krgds Rob

It worked for a while, but after version 2.13 a breaking change was made that still wasn't reverted YEARS later, with the developer focusing on completely different features that really should have been a different add-on. This also meant I could not use automatic updates for my addons!
At some point, the default behavior changed and now remembers the last several locations a bookmark was saved and defaults to the last used location on its own, making even the ancient 2.1.3 version obsolete for my use case.

Used it happily for several years. Now, no matter what folder under the default folder I click on, the bookmark is only saved in the default folder.
Now running the much simpler "Quick Bookmarks to Folder" which does what I need it to. - Noté 4 sur 5par Enrique, il y a 3 ans

- Noté 1 sur 5par edenflare, il y a 3 ansIt used to work, but last few days it just stopped, no longer putting my default book marks I set in a specific bookmark folder, it did however work for a long time before this, used ot be 5 stars. I guess good things don't last forever.

- Noté 5 sur 5par Azdec, il y a 4 ansDoes what it says. I have a lot of bookmarks and folders. This lets me keep all arranged so I can find what I want, quickly. I use it every day.

This addon is useful if you have a lot of bookmark folders. It saves you time by helping you quickly find the folder you want to add the bookmark to.
You type the folder's name into a search box and it displays all relevant bookmark folders. This lets you find your desired folder MUCH faster than if you were to use Firefox's default add-bookmark editor (which uses drop-down menus and may requires a LOT of clicks to find the folder you want).
I think this addon would have a lot more downloads if its functionality, usage, and usefulness were more clearly explained. I had to install and try this addon in order to fully understand what it does and to realize that it's something I've always wanted. - Noté 5 sur 5par Akhil, il y a 4 ans
