Version 1.6.3
Publié le 7 sept. 2026 - 163,31 KoFonctionne avec firefox 109.0 et versions supérieures- Restored "Extract words to look up": sentence and word-search boxes are visible again; only the relevant buttons disable during extraction and re-enable afterward.

- In the extract-focus mode, direction radio buttons and the "Search" label are hidden; the sentence box becomes read-only with its action buttons hidden.
- Dark mode now highlights the "Which words below do you want to look up?" box with a distinct indigo color.

Version 1.6.0
Publié le 27 août 2026 - 115,63 KoFonctionne avec firefox 109.0 et versions supérieuresFixed: double-clicking a word on a page did nothing until you had used the right-click menu on that page first. Double-click lookup now works as soon as you turn it on.
Site access is now opt-in. Installing no longer asks for access to all websites. Dejavu asks for it only when you enable double-click lookup, and you can revoke it at any time.
New: a "Go to Dejavu Web App" and a "How to use" link in the popup; the how-to page also opens once after installing.
Improved: shorter right-click menu ("Dejavu English"); the search direction now shows your real languages (e.g. "Eng -> Tur") instead of "My native language"; "Save to notebook" sits at the top of the result and stays visible while you scroll; if you type the sentence a word appears in, you now also get the meaning for that context, a translation of the sentence and text-to-speech for it.Code source publié sous licence Tous droits réservés
Version 1.5.0
Publié le 26 août 2026 - 106,48 KoFonctionne avec firefox 109.0 et versions supérieuresNew in 1.5.0
• Double-click any word on any web page and the dictionary opens with that word
already looked up. Can be turned off in the popup.
• New right-click options on selected text: translate & save to your phrase
notebook, or extract the words worth looking up.
• Word lookup now accepts the sentence the word came from, so the meaning fits
the context — and the sentence is saved together with the word.
• The extension is now called Dejavu English Dictionary & Reader: two-way
dictionary between English and 12 languages.
• New brand logo in the popup and a lighter loading animation.Code source publié sous licence Tous droits réservés
Version 1.4.0
Publié le 17 juil. 2026 - 97,35 KoFonctionne avec firefox 109.0 et versions supérieuresv1.4.0
- Multi-browser sessions: you can now stay signed in on multiple browsers (e.g. Chrome + Firefox) at the same time. Signing in on one browser no longer signs you out of the others.
- Focused Reading: once a sentence is translated, the "Translate sentence" button locks (✓) to avoid re-translating the same sentence.
- Dictionary: added a copy button to each similar phrase (copies the English phrase).
- New, refined loading animation (a magnifier gliding over a notebook), light/dark friendly.Code source publié sous licence Tous droits réservés
