Easy ECAD Downloader is a Firefox extension for electronics engineers, PCB designers, KiCad users, hobbyists and makers who want a faster way to move component library data from supplier pages into KiCad.

The extension can export ECAD data from supported supplier and component pages, including EasyEDA, JLCPCB, LCSC and SamacSys-backed distributor pages. When available, it downloads and converts component data into KiCad-compatible library assets.

Important note

Generated ECAD library files should always be reviewed before use. Check schematic symbols, PCB footprints, 3D models, pin mappings, dimensions and datasheets against the manufacturer’s documentation before placing parts in a production design.
