    acts like it's downloading show progress percentage all the way to 100% but when go to file it won't play and shows 0 bites for size and always downloads same file twice

    Hi Nick, that's a frustrating combo — fake progress, 0 byte files, and downloading twice! All of this is fixed in version 24.1. Please update the extension and it should download properly without those issues. If it works, we'd love it if you could update your review! 🙏

    Used to work, but not any more. Quicktime Player has no idea how to open these zero byte files...so...

    Hi Anne, sorry about that! The zero byte files were a bug that's now fixed in version 24.1. After updating, your downloads should be proper video files that open without any issues in Quicktime Player. Give it a try and if it works, we'd love an updated review! 😊

    I love the way it installs three 0 byte, entirely unusable files to my computer when I press the button once

    Ha, three 0 byte files from one click — that's impressively broken, we'll give you that! 😄 We've sorted it out in version 24.1 though. Update and it should download just the one proper file this time. If it works, we'd really appreciate an updated review!

    Used to work, as of Jan 23rd, claims to work but "successfully" downloads zero byte files.

    Currently useless.

    Hi! We know it claimed to work but secretly saved nothing — that fake success was a nasty bug. It's now properly fixed in version 24.1. Please update and it should actually download your files this time. If it works, we'd love it if you could update your review! 🙏

    Was working great and deserved 5 Stars. But now not working. Downloads 0 bytes. Now 1 star because 0 stars not an option. Please fix.
