    Not junk, just broken by a YouTube algorithm change! It's now fixed in v24.1. Please update and try again — hopefully you'll see a very different result. Would love to change your mind on this one.

    We're sorry about that! The 0B file issue is now fixed in v24.1 — it was caused by a YouTube algorithm change. Please update the addon and you should be getting real files again. A revised review would mean a lot to us!

    It works again! v24.1 just dropped and fixes the issue — YouTube changed their algorithm and broke things temporarily. Please update and give it another chance. Happy to hear your updated thoughts!

    Did not work at all. No matter which setting I used, I got a 0 byte mp4 file that didn't open.

    Hi SomeoneElse! That 0 byte mp4 issue is fixed in v24.1 — YouTube changed their algorithm which caused downloads to fail silently. Please update and every setting should produce a real, working file now. Give it a shot!

    The "unsupported file type" error was part of the same bug — a YouTube algorithm change caused downloads to produce broken files. Fixed in v24.1! Please update and the downloaded files should open properly now.

    Good news — v24.1 fixes the 0 byte download issue! It was caused by a YouTube algorithm change. Just update the addon and you're good to go. If it works, we'd love an updated review!

    Stop trying to gaslight me. It says the it has been downloaded and the file is no where. It didn't save but it keeps saying it saved 3 times. Did a full search of my mac and file doesn't exist.

    We're not gaslighting — the file genuinely wasn't being saved due to a YouTube algorithm change that broke the download process. It's now fixed in v24.1. Please update and the file should actually appear where it's supposed to. Sorry for the confusion!

    Was once the best Youtube ripper available, but now, it's trash. It rarely works, even when you pay for the pro upgrade, you can't download anything.

    Здравствуйте! Проблема с нулевым размером файлов решена в версии 24.1 — это не реклама, а реальное обновление, исправляющее баг от изменения алгоритма YouTube. Пожалуйста, обновите расширение и попробуйте снова!

    Does not work. It is full of annoyances and distractions. Sometimes a download dialog pops up, but the mp4 file is empty. People, much better to use a 3rd party YT client like NewPipe, trust me.

    This used to be the best downloader, but now there's a complicated "patch" that almost requires the user to be proficient in code just to use. That's anything but user friendly, hence all the 1 star reviews.

    Too bad, I "bought the creator a coffee" a couple of times right before the latest crash and I'm regretting it. If you wanted to download anything above 720p they'd make you pay for it with a "donation"; I wouldn't suggest falling for that scam given the instability of this addon.
