- Noté 3 sur 5par CEBMetal, il y a 9 ansBut it's not working on my first PC (Linux Mint 18.2 64bits) : when I right click, trail is drawn but a menu appears and after, there's no action.
With the same version of FF on Windows 10 on my other, Foxy Gestures works perfectly ...Réponse du développeur
mis en ligne : il y a 9 ansPlease read the addon description again. The reason is stated at the bottom. - Noté 3 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 13325296 de Firefox, il y a 9 ansThere are already many requests for this, but this simply can't be stressed enough - working on "about:*" and new tabs is simply essential, without it the workflow can be very un-smooth. Moreover, please include as many built in commands as possible from Firegestures (view image for example is missing, but very useful), not everyone can write scripts after all.

mis en ligne : il y a 9 ansIf you are missing a command, request it on GitHub. Web extensions don't have access to about: and internal pages, and will never be supported unless Mozilla decides to provide access to them. - Noté 5 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 13322984 de Firefox, il y a 9 ansWorking as expected, appreciate your work!
- Noté 2 sur 5par Thany, il y a 9 ansDoesn't work in a new tab. Speaking of which, a new tab, in my config, is supposed to open speed dial. Ctrl+T does that, but this addons somehow doesn't do that. Just do Ctrl+T, okay?
Also doesn't work in the addons tab, or in the preferences.
Also the rocker gesture is missing. (Hold left + press right -> forward, hold right + press left -> backward)
Also why is the config UI so...? For instance, why is the mouse button drop down as wide as my screen??
A LOT of work is still needed.Réponse du développeur
mis en ligne : il y a 9 ansYour problem with the UI aside, everything else you've mentioned is web extensions limitations. Not working on internal pages is stated in bold right up there in the addon description. Rocker gestures are work-in-progress and will arrive eventually. - Noté 4 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 13243477 de Firefox, il y a 9 ansNow I won't have to switch to another browser :D
Could you also add support for the ability to switch between browser tabs using the mousewheel? That was my most-often used feature in the previous add-on.Réponse du développeur
mis en ligne : il y a 9 ansYou can change tabs with a wheel gesture. If you mean by scrolling the mouse wheel on the tab strip, then that is not something that is possible to implement anymore. See: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1285812 - Noté 4 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 13313662 de Firefox, il y a 9 ansIt can be a good replacement for Firegestures if it works on empty and option tabs. Gestures works flawlessly.
- Noté 5 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 13312142 de Firefox, il y a 9 ansWork flawlessly. Thanks!

- Noté 3 sur 5par stib , il y a 9 ansThis surpasses FireGestures in some ways, the configuration page is well thought out, and the user scripts option is great. However the context-menu thing on OSX is a dealbreaker at the moment. The whole point of gestures is ease of use, and that doesn't happen if you have the context menu in your way all the time.
I hope the devs can fix it before firegestures stops working. - Noté 3 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 6141590 de Firefox, il y a 9 ansReally hoping it will be possible to draw gestures on empty tabs or about pages, before ff57 breaks firegestures. Keep up the good work. The configuration menu is very nice. Would like a gesture option for "home" (for some reason gestures aren't working on this particular page either).
- Noté 5 sur 5par tpiom, il y a 9 ansI've been a FireGestures user for some time and this addon has replaced all of my needs (I only use four commands anyway)
The only thing I'll miss is interacting with pages like about:addons. I see it says that it can't but is that for now or like... ever (as in: 'it just won't work'?)
Anyway!
thank you for this! - Noté 4 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 13270182 de Firefox, il y a 9 ansI've only just installed it but am happy to find a very feature rich webextension to replace Firegestures. I realize there are bugs out of your control, but I am noticing on Mac OS X 10.11 that I do NOT get the context menu as I do a gesture. Perhaps they've already fixed that? Great work, thanks again. Looking forward to living with Foxy Gestures!
- Noté 2 sur 5par Zoidberg, il y a 9 ansOn some pages the gesture mode seems to activate itself automatically and you keep making one gesture.
Also, I haven't found the option to "roll over" the tabs.Réponse du développeur
mis en ligne : il y a 9 ansCan you describe your issue on GitHub so I can try to debug it? And what does "roll over" the tabs mean? - Noté 5 sur 5par Diversant_, il y a 9 ansПрекрасно выполняет свои функции, имеет очень удобный интерфейс для настройки
- Noté 5 sur 5par Speedkore, il y a 9 ansComing from legacy firegestures too, this is a very good replacement!
- Noté 5 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 13193937 de Firefox, il y a 9 ansThis works on frames, gesturefy doesn't. Both are webext compatible and good except for this problem.
- Noté 4 sur 5par kevingoris, il y a 9 anshad to use the developer beta in nightly 57.
only it wont work on the blank page that i sometime open by mistake.
And wont work on this addons.mozilla.org (and dont know wich else)
Hope there is a work around for these. Réponse du développeur
mis en ligne : il y a 9 ansIf you are using developer or nightly, please switch to Foxy Gestures beta channel. The settings page in 1.0.6 broke due to some internal changes in Firefox.- Noté 5 sur 5par d4niel_p, il y a 9 ansThanks for developing this. Any chance for mouse chording gestures? (even right-left click and left-right click for back/forward would be enough).
- Noté 4 sur 5par ethsen, il y a 9 ansNot a bad replacement for FireGestures. Only issue is it doesn't honor browser.tabs.insertRelatedAfterCurrent,FALSE so all new tabs end up opening beside the current tab, not at the end of tab row. Wish it was consistent with the rest of the browser.

mis en ligne : il y a 9 ansThere is no WE API to read from about:config settings. Log an issue on GitHub and I can add preference to implement the behaviour you want. - Noté 5 sur 5par Matth, il y a 9 ansPrevious user of FireGestures after it broke up with latest nightly I tested this one. Really great addon I like it a lot.
Too bad it doesn't work on addons.mozilla.org and new tab page but it's a web extension limitation. (For the later, thankfully, this addon enable you to change your new tab page)
Please note that version 1.0.6 was not saving changes to settings. Installed 1.07 beta and all is good.
