    - Added "host_permissions" to allow updating already open tabs

    Accessibility improvements
    - Created a welcome page
    - Full keyboard navigation in the popup: all delete icons are now reachable via the Tab key
    - Delete icons in the Zones tab are now keyboard accessible
    - Left/right arrow navigation in the Help section to switch between steps
    - Only the active step in the Help section is in the tab order (roving tabindex)
