mis en ligne : il y a 2 ansHello,
Apologies for the experience you have had so far.
It may be that you have declined browser permissions to use the copy function. You should be able to change that in browser settings or by re-installing the extension.
As for slow downs and general issues - we are actively working on that now and you should see improvements with the upcoming versions of the app.
Again, apologies for the poor experience. Our teams are working hard on resolving them. Thank you! - Noté 4 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 12410747 de Firefox, il y a 2 ans
- Noté 4 sur 5par Softy, il y a 2 ansI have been using the free version as a password generator & manager for years now with only occasional issues logging into the add-on. It's been stable for me for months now.
I recently upgraded to ensure availability on both mobile & home devices, and have appreciated the review of old accounts and privacy breach warnings. - Noté 4 sur 5par psydernam, il y a 2 ans

- Noté 4 sur 5par Mort, il y a 2 ansNordPass has been a very useful tool by remembering my login information making it speedier and more efficient to log in to my many accounts. My gripe is that NordPass is inconsistent in that one can not be certain that it will pop up to offer to assist with a log in. also, NordPass keeps aking for the etry of the master password after I've already entered it at least once. This is a glitch i wish they would repair.

- Noté 4 sur 5par LordRussell, il y a 2 ansNot that I am an IT guru by any stretch of the imagination, but I certainly know my way around our still growing technological society. Having said that, NordPass is great at generating passwords of several user parameters & readily saves them to your/cloud database. However, it can be a slight bit clunky in getting that done on odd occasions. I don't have a specific example, but suffice to say it occurs on some banking & government related sites. When visiting those places app intuitive-ness(made up, I know) kinda goes by the wayside. Despite this small inconvenience, I still recommend this app in our security conscious society.

- Noté 4 sur 5par rastus, il y a 2 ansI posted previously, before I grudgingly switched to the new browser extension instead of the old desktop app browser extension. I had complained about the forced change. I also was hesitant because of my (and others) perception that the new version would be less secure. I am still not convinced about the security - because Nord never would explain why I shouldn't be concerned. You just said, in effect, don't worry about it. No technical explanation or reference to one.
Anyway, with that said, I want to state that this new browser extension works way way way better than the old one. It's consistently reliable. And another advantage is that I don't need to find a Linux version of the NordPass desktop program, which previously was difficult unless you use Ubuntu and don't mind Snap files.
Someone said you still need the desktop program. Well yes and no. If you don't mind opening the browser to get whatever you have stored in NordPass, then you don't have to have it. I use both in Windows but only have the browser extension in Linux, and I have no complaints.
So this is good. Now, if you (Nord) would just provide some technical explanation of how the security works when it's part of the browser - or why I should not be concerned about it.
