    Dear Proton, try to get the products you released which we pay for WORKING first before continuing to release more.

    This password manager

    1. Forgets to save its own suggested passwords!
    2. Randomly logs the user out for no reason

    We're sorry to hear that. Regarding the first issue, do you have auto-save enabled in the Proton Pass extension's settings? Are you encountering this issue on all websites, or only specific ones?

    As for the second issue, are you perhaps experiencing it after updating your browser? Do you have any other extensions installed? Are you using any device optimization apps? Contact us using the Feedback & Help option so we can assist you further with these issues.

    I've only been using Proton Pass for about a week but I love it!! I transferred all of my logins from Firefox to Pass. I've added other logins, generated random passwords & updated existing logins, used email aliases, added 2FA auth to certain accounts, & used every other feature of Proton Pass. It's fantastic!! I'm using Proton Pass in conjunction with Proton VPN and Proton Mail, and it's well worth the price. And I haven't even gotten to Proton Calendar or Proton Drive yet!

    One of the best Password manger I have used so far. The only functionality I miss is the offline support.

Although offline support is currently not available, it has been requested by our users before and we have now added your vote as well so that our team can prioritize it accordingly. Since we currently don't have a specific timeframe for this, you can follow our blog and our direct channels for any news and updates.

    I love the Proton suite of products, but this app/extension just doesn't reliably respond to a login! The FFox & Edge browser PW managers do consistently, but unfort. not Proton. Would love if they fixed this!

    Works very well. My only complaint is that CtrlC CtrlV doesn't work in it, you must use the copy button or the mouse right clic.
