Converts Cyrillic Kazakh to Latin in two alphabets: the Common Turkic Alphabet (CTA) — the Turkic Academy's shared pan-Turkic standard — and QazaqKey, this project's own design. Two lanes, different provenance, neither subordinate.

QazaqKey transliterates Cyrillic Kazakh text on any web page into an independent Latin alphabet designed to read cleanly in the fonts you already have — four non-ASCII letters (ä ö ü ñ), no special installation, no dotless i.
