(Long/Both/Short), and export — all in one panel. The menu now opens toward the
edge of the screen with room, and we fixed hover-expand not firing on some pages.

Settings page. Click the gear in the extension popup to open Settings. Turn the chat export button on/off, enable it per site (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), and reset the button's position.
Drag the export button anywhere. The "Export to Shakespear.ai" button on ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini is now a compact icon that expands on hover — and you can drag it to any spot on the page if it's in your way. It remembers its position for each site.
🔄 Improved
Export to Shakespear.ai now opens the import wizard. Instead of a silent save, exporting a conversation drops you straight into the guided import flow with your chat pre-filled — review, organize, and create in one place. (Your conversation is read right in your browser, so there's nothing to copy-paste and no rate-limit issues.)
YouTube "Save" is now "Analyze." On a video page, the Analyze button saves the video to your workspace and kicks off a breakdown automatically, then opens Research so you can watch it work.
Saved videos are easier to find. Videos you save now show a "Saved" badge in Research, with a one-click "Saved" filter to see just your library.
Cleaner performance chips. The "× avg" performance tag on video pages now appears only for genuine outliers and viral videos — no more noise on typical videos.
Add-to-project moved on the home grid. On the YouTube home and subscriptions feed, the add-to-project button now appears in the top-left of each thumbnail on hover.
🐛 Fixes
Export reliably opens Shakespear.ai even for very long conversations.
Settings now stay consistent across the popup, the options page, and every page you use the extension on.

✨ New Features
Import from chat — Capture a ChatGPT/AI chat directly from the page and send it into Shakespear.ai. A new in-page content script collects the conversation, and the extension creates a research project automatically, then drops you on the right place: the new series, the video's content page, or your dashboard.
