- Noté 1 sur 5par Klot, il y a 5 ansDoesn't work at all. Can't connect through any available server. Works fine in Chrome though.
Upd: After 8 months still there.
All the time "Proxy connection error" in Firefox add-on.
On the same computer works normally in Chrome as wel as on phones and tablets in the same network. - Noté 1 sur 5par Elsie Endsley, il y a 5 ansCouldn't even install, Chatted with support for 20 minutes. Met with negative aggression re-asking the same questions and transferring me to another agent because his "shift was over" to go through everything again. Awful support.
I asked for a refund. Don't waste your time or $$$, - Noté 1 sur 5par cozmikhugs, il y a 5 ans
- Noté 1 sur 5par Victor Henrique, il y a 5 ansIt is not working. If you login on firefox with your mozila account the extension stop to work, very strange bug.

- Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 16325701 de Firefox, il y a 6 ansThe extension doesn't work on Firefox Developer Edition. You click the add-on Icon and it just shows an arrow and nothing else. I don't want to use regular Firefox just for 1 add-on so hopefully they add support at some point

- Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 13356201 de Firefox, il y a 6 ansDoing a trail of this since my PIA subscription is running out. Installed it and go to click the extension to sign in and cant sign in. the pop up is hidden. WTH? looks like i will not be paying for this.
- Noté 1 sur 5par jmhenh1, il y a 6 ansEither the add on is not intuitive or it doesn't work. I don't get it.
- Noté 1 sur 5par Ramsus, il y a 6 ansusing Surfshark on linux sucks, the service works very well on android and windows, but on linux is a lot more insecure, inclusive when I make tests on the official page, the result is that there is a DNS leack and the solution is buying the service, but the funny thing is, I already have the service activated.
And when I use chrome extension the leacks dissapear but on firefox extension I can't even access the account. The service has potential, but it needs a lot of improvement to work properly on linux. - Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 16135084 de Firefox, il y a 6 ansSurfshark has excellent working apps for Windows and Android giving great flexibility, control and put the whole system behind the VPN not just the browser. I gave both of them 5 stars. I expected the same with Linux but it refuses to install and I want my whole system to be behind the VPN not just my browser.
PIA gave me all of the above but I gave it up because it was bought by a company that made its money creating spamware and then sold itself to Kape Technologies, Kape mainline of business is creating spyware for any government willing to buy its services. I must say that Kape has a dry sense of humour as it promises it will protect the privacy of its users (and will respect them in the morning?). Check the link below:

I want my PC to be entirely behind a VPN not just one browser. - Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 15954339 de Firefox, il y a 6 ansI have reported to their online chat that their addon is leaking WebRTC but they insisted tested on ipleak.net which is fine. Worse still it reflected that it even leak on their own webpage for WebRTC test site. No details follow up to which i have urge for an updated to resolve it. We paid for privacy and it has even went through the security audit lately published on their webpage. Find it hard to accept it.
