I don't know how to login with my google account on Firefox extension.

The extension works great, however I had issues with the desktop app using the latest Ubuntu OS. I logged out one time and never was able to login again. I could use the static set up up configuration wireguard settings in the OS but the app itself never worked again.

For a long time it worked really well. But in the past month and a half, it stopped. Proxy connection error. Two chats with support later (the first making me reset/reinstall entire Firefox pointlessly, the second finally admitting it's a known issue and promising me they're working on it) it's still not resolved. If it doesn't, soon - I'm going to be forced to consider cancelling my (almost four-year long) subscription.

Is there any options to turn on vpn automatically with operating firefox?

В целом, сервис хороший. Но конкретно это расширение выгядит устаревшим и не обновлялось уже 3 года, по сравнению с хромом, там приложение выглядит куда лучше и современнее. Хотелось бы, чтобы и для фаерфокса обновили.

Unfortunately this extension doesn't work for my most frequent use case: enable VPN only on certain sites that I have issues with accessing in a normal way.

Most of sites works just fine without VPN and I don't want them to be opened via VPN (because sometimes it even breaks them). But with this extension enabled, VPN is being applied to all sites and tabs inside firefox.

There is a feature to black list sites from being covered with VPN, but it doesn't make sense since I would need to list any possible site there except just few ones that really need to be opened with VPN.

Why "Pause" option is not included on Linux / Ubuntu version?. I can't find one/

[Issue] Slow on Firefox but fast on Edge

I love your product and have been using this extension on Microsoft Edge for months. However, when I switched to Firefox, I noticed that the extension for Firefox was much slower than Edge's.

Sometimes even a simple search takes more than five seconds, which is definitely not a pleasant user experience. It is so slow that I have to turn it off frequently.

I would be grateful if you could fix this problem asap. Thank you!

Works well on computer, but slows down phone and Ipad waaayy to much

Proxy authentication error, where the extension can't connect, even with proxy off on windows.

Works great when it's connected but the problem is that it frequently disconnects without my realizing it. that concerns me me because I am on sites that I need security, like my bank and email.

Not working in China at all. Cannot connect to any proxy server. Hope you can fix it!

Am I missing something? Surfshark makes it more difficult to do my banking and other things like that on usually trusted sites. I have to disable it to do my banking, annoying.

There is no whitelist for Firefox Mac or Mac OS, otherwise seems to be working fine.
