Effective Date: June 30, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and
the owner or publisher identified on the official extension listing
("Licensor") for TWCC Universal Translator - Twitch Chat, including the browser
extension, source files, object files, package files, scripts, settings,
prompts, user interface, icons, names, logos, documentation, and related
materials (the "Extension").

By installing, downloading, enabling, accessing, or using the Extension, you
agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension,
and remove all copies from your devices and browser profiles.


The Extension may be obtained only through official distribution channels
approved by Licensor, such as the official Chrome Web Store listing, official
Mozilla Add-ons listing, or an official TWCC/Web Creative Community page.

Downloading, extracting, viewing, or receiving the Extension from any package,
browser profile, store archive, mirror, cache, CRX file, XPI file, ZIP file, or
other source does not give you ownership of the Extension and does not give you
permission to copy, republish, redistribute, modify, clone, or reuse it.


Subject to your full compliance with this EULA, Licensor grants you a limited,
revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install
and use one unmodified copy of the Extension for your own personal, creator,
community, streaming, moderation, accessibility, or internal communication
purposes.

This is a license, not a sale. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by
Licensor.


The Extension is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Extension,
including all source code, prompts, workflows, UI design, visual assets, icons,
names, branding, documentation, and derivative works.

No rights are granted to you except the limited right to use the unmodified
Extension as stated in this EULA.

All rights reserved.


Except to the limited extent that applicable law expressly prohibits these
restrictions, you may not, and you may not permit or assist anyone else to:

1. Copy, reproduce, upload, publish, mirror, host, sell, rent, lease, lend,
   sublicense, transfer, share, or redistribute the Extension or any part of it.
2. Modify, adapt, translate, port, repackage, rebrand, fork, clone, or create
   derivative works from the Extension or any part of it.
3. Extract, archive, index, scrape, catalog, or collect the Extension's source
   files, prompts, UI text, icons, assets, package contents, or implementation
   details for redistribution, imitation, training, competitive or commercial
   analysis, or reuse.
4. Use any part of the Extension to build, train, improve, benchmark, market,
   publish, or support a competing or substantially similar browser extension,
   add-on, application, service, script, bot, tool, dataset, model, or product.
5. Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, bypass, defeat, or circumvent any
   technical, packaging, store, signature, update, permission, or access control
   mechanism associated with the Extension.
6. Remove, alter, hide, or falsify any copyright, authorship, license,
   attribution, trademark, store listing, or proprietary notice.
7. Use the Extension's name, TWCC name, Web Creative Community name, logos,
   icons, screenshots, listing text, documentation, or other branding in a way
   that suggests endorsement, affiliation, sponsorship, authorship, ownership,
   or official status without Licensor's prior written permission.
8. Use the Extension to harass, impersonate, deceive, threaten, spam, abuse,
   exploit, or harm any person, community, platform, service, or system.
9. Use the Extension in violation of law, platform rules, browser store
   policies, Twitch terms, OpenAI terms, or any other applicable third-party
   terms.

Normal browser installation, caching, and execution of an official unmodified
copy are allowed only as necessary to use the Extension under this EULA.


The Extension is not open source unless Licensor separately publishes a written
open source license that expressly says otherwise. Public availability,
installation, downloadability, inspectability, or extractability of the
Extension does not make it open source and does not grant permission to copy,
reuse, redistribute, or create derivative works.


The Extension may allow you to use your own OpenAI API key or other credentials
with third-party services. You are solely responsible for:

1. Keeping your API keys, accounts, and credentials secure.
2. All fees, charges, usage, rate limits, account restrictions, and consequences
   arising from your use of third-party services.
3. Complying with all applicable third-party terms and policies, including
   OpenAI, Twitch, Google, Mozilla, and your browser provider.
4. Ensuring that you have the right to submit any text, chat content, profile
   content, or other material to a third-party translation or AI service.

Licensor does not control OpenAI, Twitch, browser vendors, extension stores, or
other third-party services. Those services may change, fail, restrict access,
charge fees, suspend accounts, or produce incorrect results.


The Extension is provided as a communication aid. Translations may be wrong,
incomplete, delayed, offensive, misleading, culturally inappropriate, or
unsuitable for a particular purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing translations before relying on them or
sending them. Do not rely on the Extension for legal, medical, financial,
emergency, safety-critical, or other high-risk communications.


Your use of the Extension is also subject to any privacy policy or data
disclosure posted by Licensor for the Extension. If this EULA conflicts with an
applicable privacy policy about how user data is collected, used, transmitted,
or shared, the privacy policy controls for that data-handling issue.

You are responsible for deciding whether the content you translate is
appropriate to send to any third-party service used by the Extension.


Licensor may update, modify, suspend, discontinue, remove, or stop supporting
the Extension at any time, with or without notice. Updates may add, change, or
remove features.

Your continued use of the Extension after an update or after revised terms are
posted means you accept the updated Extension and terms to the extent permitted
by law. If you do not agree, stop using and uninstall the Extension.


If you submit ideas, suggestions, bug reports, feature requests, translations,
or other feedback, you grant Licensor a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable,
royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, publish,
distribute, and incorporate that feedback without obligation or compensation to
you.


This EULA is effective until terminated. Your license automatically terminates
immediately if you violate this EULA.

Upon termination, you must stop using the Extension and delete or destroy all
copies in your possession or control, including extracted, unpacked, archived,
mirrored, modified, or redistributed copies.

Sections concerning ownership, restrictions, feedback, disclaimers, limitations
of liability, indemnity, enforcement, and any other provisions that by their
nature should survive termination will survive termination.


TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND
"AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR
OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, RELIABILITY,
SECURITY, COMPATIBILITY, AND ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

Licensor does not warrant that the Extension will meet your needs, work with any
particular browser, platform, website, account, API, language, model, or service,
remain available, remain approved by any store, prevent misuse, avoid data loss,
or produce accurate translations.


TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR ENHANCED
DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS; LOST REVENUE; LOST DATA; LOST GOODWILL; BUSINESS
INTERRUPTION; ACCOUNT SUSPENSION; PLATFORM ACTIONS; API CHARGES; TRANSLATION
ERRORS; SECURITY INCIDENTS; OR OTHER LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE
EXTENSION OR THIS EULA, EVEN IF LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF
SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL
CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE EXTENSION OR THIS EULA WILL NOT EXCEED
THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID LICENSOR FOR THE EXTENSION DURING THE
TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD $10.


To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold
Licensor harmless from and against any claims, demands, damages, losses,
liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising
out of or related to:

1. Your use or misuse of the Extension.
2. Your violation of this EULA.
3. Your violation of law or third-party rights.
4. Your content, API keys, accounts, credentials, or third-party service usage.
5. Your copying, redistribution, modification, cloning, impersonation, or
   unauthorized use of the Extension or Licensor's intellectual property.

Unauthorized copying, redistribution, cloning, impersonation, or derivative use
of the Extension may cause irreparable harm for which monetary damages may be
inadequate.

Licensor may take any lawful action to protect the Extension and Licensor's
rights, including store abuse reports, copyright notices, DMCA takedown notices,
trademark or impersonation complaints, account reports, requests for injunctive
relief, and other available remedies.

Failure by Licensor to enforce any provision of this EULA does not waive
Licensor's right to enforce that provision later.


Twitch, OpenAI, Google, Chrome, Mozilla, Firefox, and other third-party names,
marks, platforms, APIs, and services are owned by their respective owners.

The Extension is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with those third
parties unless Licensor expressly states otherwise in writing.


If any part of this EULA is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the
remaining parts will remain in effect. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable
part will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it
valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent as closely as
possible.


This EULA, together with any applicable privacy policy or official store
disclosures for the Extension, is the entire agreement between you and Licensor
regarding the Extension and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements
about the Extension.
