I tried a lot of things to solve the stuttering on firefox, this is the only thing that worked perfectly.

Works really well. Should have much higher rating. If you want to watch with the Twitch player, just click on the title on top. Easily solves annoying Twitch ads. Will play in lower resolution for the ad duration, but overall works more often than ublock origin (for twitch)

It works well at blocking ads but the typing area in the chat window will no longer work as of last week. It was perfect before that.

Update: As of 11-30-25 its working for me with no problems.

Works great overall! solved some buffering issues with some of my streamers. For a feature request, I was wondering if it would be possible to add 7TV support as currently I need to use Chatterino seperately to be able to see 7TV emotes in chat. Thanks for all the hard work!

Unfortunately this extension is getting killed. First on chrome and now it doesn't work on most streamers channels. RIP Alexander you really helped hope you can come up with something new

Thank you very much for the addon, love it. In the last 3-4 days a problem has appeared, the chat has stopped scrolling. It does not want to scroll either automatically or manually, just freezes in one place. Probably Twitch as usual changed something and this affected the addon.

Really useful extension, the player loads a loads and performs a lot better than regular twitch player, unfortunately with the added 1440p quality streams that use that option have stopped working entirely if you use the extension.
