No one else I'm aware of offers something like this for that cheap. Great service with almost the fastest servers. There's one or two other VPN providers who I would consider to be better however they are not free, so in terms of free options Windscribe is the best.

Only issue is that on my work computer it somehow slows down my connection enormously. Doesn't do it at home. Something to do with the network...
