You guys should REALLY, REALLY support "resuming" for downloads! Several failed downloads(especially large files), and wasted bandwidth!

I have tried to install this button on 2 computers now in Firefox but have not, as of yet seen a download button. I have closed firefox and reopened it and still no button. This page, the one I am writing this revue on, says that I have it. Even gives me a button to remove it if I choose. Done everything I know to do, but still no results.
