DLヘルパーを模倣したのか、有料化に踏み込みました。しかも年額です。アンチウイルスの更新等も合わせると馬鹿にならない金額です。
DLヘルパーの場合は無料版はQRコードをデカデカと表示する様になりました。
こちらの場合は毎日課金案内のページをタブの末尾とブラウザの下半分にに強制表示する様になり、アドブロ自体が悪質な広告と化しました。これじゃあ本懐でしょう。
絶対、代替となるアドオンが出て来て市場を奪われますよ。
YouTube等もそうですが、昨今は本当に悪質な無限広告地獄のサイトや反社タレントを起用した広告等を採用するサイトが増えました。
どうにかならないものですかね。
一回きりの課金であれば私は購入するつもりでいました。
ですが年額なので、こちらを削除して代替品を入れます。日本人は15年以上の悪政で先進国で最も大不況が続いている国です。経済的に辛いんですよ本当に。
裕福な国限定での課金であれば……とも思いましたが、それだとやはり非難されるんでしょう。
私は何千ものタブを開いているユーザーなので、末尾に催促ページを表示されると本当に辛いんですよね。
もうアドブロは人には勧められません。残念です。

Barely works, does not block ads or overlaying redirects, also devs removed the manual blocking feature making this probably the worst addon for blocking ads.

Maybe there is no more little red hexagon or whatever it was to tell me it is here. There is nothing but popups that i never used to see.

Worse than uBlock Origin in every measurable way.

Two minutes of my life: Got sick of popups. Googled ad blocker. Installed top choice (this). Restarted. First two websites I visit both gave me popups. Removed this, leave a one star review for being useless, looking for something else.

I can't turn it off when I need to because the icon is not visible. And Adblock's support page for "I don't see the icon" directs me to a page that doesn't exist.

thought it was going to get fixed or was a bug only for certain sites but nah its on all sites. Ad now i see people are struggling with it recently too. It initially blocked all pop up websites but not anymore which is seriously annoying.

I miss the old functionality of this but its not serving me anymore so I uninstalled

This used to be a good ad-blocker program. You could zap individual page elements temporarily, or make it a more permanent application for sites you repeatedly visit. This seems to have all been simplified down to a "Block Element" button which works inconsistently at best. I miss the old functionality of this program. It is now unfortunately garbage. Also I was asked to donate when I first started the program and I did, now it's asking me for money for some kind of "Advanced" version which is not very well explained. Uninstalled. why can't I see the adblock plus icon...this used to be the simplest download and it just seems nearly impossible to manage now.

I use ABP on most of my machines. I downloaded the extension for Firefox, it says it is loaded, but the icon doesn't exist. No, it isn't in "customize".
