Thank you for the feedback, this means a lot. Without going into too much detail, reliability is a priority for me and I specifically tested quote posts as they are tricky or even almost impossible to get right without workarounds.

As for the file path, on desktop devices you can include / in your file name to specify a folder in your download directory. For example, "bsky/%displayname%/%filename%" will save a file as bsky.app-3lxxo3i4qzs2c.mp4 in the Downloads/bsky/Bluesky folder.

Mobile devices sadly dont support this because of a limitation from the browser.
