This has been one of the lowest points in my life. One of the only things that is helping me heal is this extension. I know that sounds silly and over-exaggerated, but it's true. Linkedin, social media and some other places have become a source of negativity and triggering for me. I tried to readjust my groups, feeds, etc, but it just kept getting worse until I had to block everything. Now I am healing, and feeling happier each day without being worried about "keeping up with the Joneses" anymore. I need to focus on myself and cut out the background noise. I can't afford to donate, so here's my review. It's legitimate, and I really do recommend this extension. For me, deactivating the accounts was not enough. I kept muscle-memory going back and these services have it set up predatory in a way, if you even so much as log-in, then your account is fully reactivated. This applies to Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, and probably a lot more.

My favorite function is how I can make a custom little message for myself when the page is blocked.

Great app to keep me focused! Love all the customizable features on it to tailor to my focusing needs.

Really good. I recommend only allowing yourself social media in certain days/hours and have it blocked most of the time.
