I've used this for a few weeks now. Seems good, but it needs to be more pedagogic in how to use it. It's like it's overly simplified and the understanding for what's what is lost. Since it's efficient and does take very little from cpu etc, I hope for more clear user pedagogy.

Was really pleased until Firefox 57 came to town.

Used to be fantastic but doesn't block Youtube ads reliably anymore.

J'ai du changer en ADP pour bloquer les pubs.
J'espère que cela va être corrigé dans 4 jours ? avant l'arrivée de firefox 57 !

Ebay pages do not load properly. Item descriptions are blank. Need to disable uBlock Origin whenever I go to Ebay. I don't know what other web pages are affected by this bug since the text just gets blanked out. So now you are on a web page and information is blanked out, but you don't know because it could just be a blank area in the web page.

One small issue, other then that it's all good.

El add-on es muy bueno, pero en las ultimas actualizaciones de Firefox causa problemas generando constantes reinicios del navegador inclusibe recien iniciado esté, se procedio a la revicion del navegador basandome en el foro de firefox, y al realizar la revision de cada uno de los add-on´s se llego a la conclucion de que esté era el que causaba el problema.

I felt obliged to edit part of my review from earlier on 10/28.

Re: uBlock Origin 1.14.16 and NoScript 5.1.2 / 5.1.3 now seem to work in Tor Browser.
It took several "removes" - uninstalls / reinstalls of NoScript before both addons worked in Tor Browser.
Finally had to remove most NS about:config or prefs.js entries left after uninstalling.

NoScript's remnant prefs "shouldn't" have bothered uBo, but apparently did.
That's the only thing different on the *LAST* uninstall / reinstall, when uBo and NoScript finally worked. No settings changes were made in either addon.

FWIW, NoScript and uBo did fine on my 2 machines, until the last few days. They both had updates in Oct '17, so one or both created an issue for the other.
Side: It's goofy not to be able to edit a recent review vs. forced to give another star rating.

Тав в конце превьюшки картинок, открываю их ничего не вижу, только белый фон.
Отключаю ublock, нажимаю F5 показывает эти фотки.
Пробовал отключать по очередно все фильтры, вплоть до вообще никаких фильтров в работе не использовал, все равно не показывает, пока не отключишь полностью.

Essentially Ublock has a lot of filters that introduce lag which is the reason for the title of this review. However, Ublock in the described configuration (not default) + Ghostery is the best you can get.

Now unbeknownst to most, the greater the filter list especially above 100k total, the more the slow down. For these two reasons my filter list is as follows:

As opposed to for example, EasyList which by itself is 75K + all the others you would add on so most users are in the 100K spectrum which affects their performance. The multipurpose and privacy filters introduce further lag. For these reasons, Ublock should not be used for privacy. Instead I use ghostery because it properly handles the privacy without slowdowns. Combined and configured as above, these two are the Top Gun Tank that every user should hire. Its interesting that all the freedom of customization, for most users, will usually lead to unnecessary lag and slow down even with the default filters.
