    Not easy or convenient, wasted my time downloading all my vital/private information; to not be able to call upon it. Also doesn't support multiple accounts across multiple platforms, i.e: Yahoo,G-mail,Hotmail... syncing is a problem, trying to use the app from multiple devices is a nightmare.

    Does not allow searching for sites to use. Hard to use and removes nearly everything. Going back to version 7 as 8 is useless and should be shutdown and re-worked.

    Latest version of 1password and Firefox extention is not working correctly. Quick Access is not friendly and not seemless...back to copy pasting credentials again...sigh

    Requires the desktop app and "Exchange messages with programs other than Firefox". Never use an extension that requires this permission. The extension needs to stand on its own feet. I don't want to run the stupid desktop app constantly on my computer.

    Continuous Sync problems. Extension randomly stops syncing with vault and even uninstalling and reinstalling does not sync it. Upon contacting support, they had me do a whole rigmarole with settings and log out and in, and it started syncing temporarily and then stopped again. Just give us a sync button.

    When I log into the extension it opens the web vault and requires me to log into that as well. Sometimes even requires a third login to the desktop app. Requires a log in every time I edit an entry.

    This extension is for use with a membership but 1password directs people to this extension for use with their desktop app. They have now hidden the extension for use with the desktop app. 1password seems to have turned into some click bait company.

    When Firefox is set to run in private browsing mode it completely prevents our extension from being able to write files into Firefox's local storage, which is a requirement in order for the extension to be able to establish your 1Password account and your database in the browser.

    You can still open and use private browsing windows manually, which will allow you to enjoy both worlds - you can enjoy a more private and secure browsing session, while still having 1Password operational in your browser 😊

    Requires me to sign in to my 1Password account separately from the 1Password Windows app I already have on Windows. Also have to sign in again on Edge, etc. Are you kidding me? They can't talk to each other??? And you have to sign in every time you open the browser. Plus the add-on disappears randomly. Epic fail.

    The extension is getting worse and worse :
    - No more ability to unlock automatically the extension if the desktop app is unlocked.
    - No more ability to do a quick edit on the extension anymore.
    - No more sync between browsers..
    - No more edit in the (not anymore native) app..
    - Still no TouchID unlock...

    I paid a premium for this service because it's was more convenient then the free ones... If it's not the case anymore, I don't see why I should still paying for that.

    I also wish to be able to create my own "item type" but, please get right with the basics first...
