    - Auto threshold mode that measures frame timing on page load and picks the right value automatically.
    Manual options: 30, 50, 100, or 200 messages.
    - Live counters in the popup show how many messages are virtualized and collapsed.
    - Export the current conversation as Markdown, JSON, or plain text. Scrolls to the top first to capture the
    full history.

    Privacy:
    - Zero outbound network requests.
    - Zero analytics.
    - All settings stored locally; profile data never leaves your browser.
