It’s technically possible to run AI models on your own computer using your CPU or GPU, but this extension isn’t designed for that. To support it, I would need to significantly rework the extension to communicate with a local model — including handling local APIs, custom response handling, and performance concerns. On the user’s side, setting up and running a local language model is also quite complex and would be difficult for most users without technical experience.
