Better Waseda Moodle does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on remote servers. All extension settings and cached data are stored locally in your browser using browser.storage.local and IndexedDB. Authentication credentials, when provided for the auto-login feature, are stored locally in browser.storage.local and never transmitted anywhere except to Waseda University's official login endpoints during the normal SSO flow.

The extension's network access is restricted by manifest declaration to:
- *.waseda.jp (the university's own domains)
- login.microsoftonline.com (the specific Azure AD tenant Waseda uses for SSO)

No third-party analytics, telemetry, or tracking is included.
