THANK YOU! my computer is infected by redirecting ads malware and i have tried many times to remove those malwares but it was failed...so maybe the possible way is by re-installing my computer...but then my family member installed this BlockSite plugin and it successfully blocked the redirecting ads page! thanks ! This extension is simply not working. I installed it just for blocking one page ¡just one! which appears constantly as a pop-up in another page that I use to visit. and it simply does not work. Even after restarting.
The deceptive page is deloton.com, in case you want to fix your extension.

This module does note work if you run a second instance of firefox

(Version 3.1.15) The time scheduling doesn't work! Please fix this.. This feature was the only reason that I needed this addon :(

Update: I found an app with the required feature: "Leech Block NG"

Good Extension but its not satisfying that all wildcard-variitties are not working (anymore). Everything else is great.

*google.com and *.google.com work but google.* does not, so it is impossible to block all google sites for example.
That would be a great feature.

Отличное расширение для ручной блокировки сайтов, но последнее обновление убило напрочь данное расширение.
Теперь при входе в настройки браузер зависает напрочь наминуту. потом отвисает. ДА и вообще браузер очень сильно тормозит когда работает blocksite.
Очень неудобно сделали контекстные меню для блокировки страниц. Раньше просто наэимаешь зхаблокировать страницу и всё. Теперь нужно лазить по контекстным меню и искать кнопку блокировки. Пока ищешь куда нажать, появляются ещё 10 рекламных окон. И пока все рекламные окна заблокирвешь пройдёт несколько часов....
Зачем вообще обновлять Данное расширение? работало нормально. Нет взяли и сделали какую то ерунду.
Ну хоть появление сообщения о установленном расширении убрали и на том спасибо... Огромный минус вообщем...

The timing feature doesn't work for me, sites remain blocked at all times even when I set a certain timeframe. Only reason I want this add-on is for the timing feature, if anyone knows one that does work please post the name of an alternative!

Then close the browser.
Go away then come back and open browser
All the settings are gone
What's the point of that?
Renders this add-on useless
I'm sure it used to be better than this

Hope soon export feature will be fixed (not working on firefox 57 - ubuntu 16.04)

Easy to block sites, valid the good job it does. Still problems as disappears the list of blocked sites, and there is no way to edit an URL already stored.. we will see later on-
