Bookmark rule-based filter troch Marc Heinrich

This add-on allows users to automatically move new bookmarks into the appropriate folders. The user specifies rules to indicate where bookmarks should be stored based on patterns in the url, and the add-on will automatically apply these rules for new bookmarks that are created in the future.
