The subject is still dark blue and I wanted to change it to a lighter blue. BUT it stayed the same. The other is lighter but that is not the issue.

darned if I can figure this out.

1. Options uses the word "brightness". The addon can not change the monitor's brightness. It can only change colors. Brightness is what we perceive.
2. Certain areas, no matter what setting I use, are virtually black. (Basically, all grayscale colors below 080808 or so are perceived as black)
3. Everything is just changed to shades of black. All I want to do is change all the background WHITE to a softer color. Wish there was a custom color option for parameters.
