It worked so fine before update to 15.2, but now so so so slowly and the button just tell PLS. This can take time, so even after more than an hour, we deactivated and found another to use. SO SAD, we liked it!

Useful tool

Worked find, *after* paying for Pro, a onetime upgrade. Not it requires another re-payment to work. Their support page just says - we do not monitor this page. Their payment page, says you can select any donation amount, but only allows $30 - too bad the company and support are so bad.

The best add on you might have. Sometimes there's some trouble downloading Hd vids and recently low high vids, but these guys always find a solution. I'm happy to collaborate in order to upgrade my account.

"Only one with 1080p Full-HD and 256kbps MP3 Direct Links" - but you forgot to add in the title that you have to PAY TO DOWNLOAD IN 1080P.

When I try to download 720p files are empty - no longer valid. 15.7 fixed the problem. Still waiting for free 1080p download.

Ok firstly I should point out it worked for half a day after I made a PayPal Donation to get the PRO version in the morning then stopped working and asked me to make ANOTHER donation for the PRO version in the afternoon.
I am sure I am an exception rather than the rule and I have contacted them over the issue. I type this so others are aware there can be issues.

Having said that I now have it working again after being e-mailed an activation link following my complaint. I found the support to be be pretty good.
Had I not encountered the, albiet, temporary problem I would have given 5 stars.
