This add-on is the biggest sham. I have paid twice in the last couple of years. First they said they can't resend me the activation link. And now they are saying they have changed the way pro is activated so again i lost my money and the link is useless. Save your money and don't pay this scammers. I have reported them for abuse.

The single most useful add-on in my browser. I have been using Easy Youtube Video Downloader Express for a few years now. Simple to use and very reliable. Makes downloading video or audio from YT very easy to do, with good, high quality.

An additional bonus is the excellent support from the developer - regularly updated and when I had a query I got a reply to an emailed support query within a couple of hours which was much faster than I expected.

The latest upgrade has a problem. It presents me with about 25 different MP4 files to select from. They are all in a different language. I can't tell which one is English.

No longer works. Says 'Please wait...' but nothing happens. 720P worked flawlessly 5 yrs ago. This was the BEST YT downloader. However they lied back then when said 'Offers 1080p Full-HD downloads.' It did not deliver 1080P downloads. It *advertised* for you to *BUY* 1080P. 720P met my needs for studying training materials. So was no biggie. But now that is not OK either :(

I donated and have been using this add-on for years, mostly w/o probs, and when I had probs, was easy to get help, quick responses from programmer. With new version, I actually donated again via paypal, followed all steps, have correct version, registered to my paypal email, but get flashing msgs, downloading, can't download, wait, wait, long error msg but disappears before i can read it. Have disabled all blockers, reinstalled sev times, made sure firefox up to date. nothing works, then i sent msg, got response they can't help, too many users, must email. but no email address is given. so basically now i've donated again, can't use the program any more and no way to get support. very unhappy.
