All Twitch responses are no saved to cache. No more long waits every time you open the stream list. Added a refresh button to the top of the streams if the list is starting to get outdated.

Fixed "exclude gameless streams" option. Before it filtered out streams with game_id "0". Now empty game_id ("") also gets filtered out when "exclude gameless streams" is checked.

Changed "randomize" --> "get streams". It's currently fetching the ones with most streamers. We now fetch the maximum 100 streams from the API instead of the default 20.
