I purposely avoided registering at Facebook precisely because of my concerns about privacy issues. I joined in the middle of last year though because of a need to find and communicate with certain people about a death in the family. I was totally unprepared for the steep learning curve I'd have to navigate if I wanted to control my visibility both on and off the platform. When I saw Facebook Container in one of the Mozilla Newsletters, I was concerned about it slowing down my browsing, causing links to break and being a distraction that I'd always be having to mess with. That's the way a lot of installations of add-ons to Firefox have gone for me, but Hallelujah! Not this time! This is the best-working add-on I've ever installed, and I've been using Firefox since the very early days. All of my concerns have proven to be unfounded. I hope it stays that way, because several add-ons have started out great and only after a bunch of updates, went bad. But for now, Five-Stars all the way, with many thanks to Mozilla for it!

It WORKS! only one difficulty, if your playing a game and there are perks that only come from facebook for that game, you'll need to turn "off the security lock & facebook container". Of course you can see why FB would require this.
