It is a precise and very useful tool, definitely, just like containers, it should be integrated directly into Firefox and not be just an add-on.

Absurdly slow, full of bugs and without basic functions. Considering the time it took them to develop this, it looks like we will have to wait several more years.

*edit* Yep! my one small complaint was fixed in 1.1.3. This extension is awesome. Excited to see how this project evolves!

Minor UX bugs on Ubuntu Linux but overall I love it, especially for a first version. Works well and quickly.

On Ubuntu 20.04 when the extension is actively translating works but hides some of the bar buttons and breaks window management. Closing the bar reverts to normal so usable but a bit clunky.

Seems to be working quite fine for the currently supported languages, which is really impressive given that everything is done locally!

I'm really hoping to see more languages supported soon, because this allows Firefox to catch up with some of Google's features on Chrome.

Thanks Mozilla for this new and attempted feature

Five stars for running MT locally, that's a huge achievement. Things could be better (I would prefer never to be asked to translate whole pages, but instead to only do paragraphs on right click, and of course more languages), but regardless this is the only real option for translating web pages while respecting your privacy.

Hope to add Chinese, Chinese is one of the user groups that use the most of Firefox, and I will give praise if you add Chinese

Client-side translation working great with the supported languages. Highly reccomended!

Cant wait to see more languages be added, Japanese being one of the big ones i would personally love to see.

It is not available on Firefox mobile apps.
